Spectator Admission PDC ProTour events held in the UK are not open to the general public, from 2008 onwards. Players are reminded that admission is not allowed for under-11s.
These events are open to PDPA members only and cost £100 per event to enter.
Entry is available via the PDC Online Entry system. Entries will close on Tuesday June 19 at 2pm.
Play in each Players Championship event will begin at midday and play through to a finish on the day. The format will be the best of 11 legs throughout.
The usual DRA rules in terms of conduct, dress codes and sponsorship will be enforced at this event.
Shoes The PDC would like to clarify the rule regarding players' footwear, in 5.25 of the DRA Rule Book. The explanation of this rule is that players must wear all black footwear which does not go above the ankle and does not contain coloured branding or patterns.
Prize Fund per event These Players Championship events will have a £35,000 prize fund, split as follows: Winner: £6,000 Runner-Up: £3,000 Semi-Finalists: £2,000 Quarter-Final Losers: £1,000 Last 16 Losers: £600 Last 32 Losers: £400 Last 64 Losers: £200 There will be a rolling nine-dart prize fund of £400 per PDC Pro Tour event paid to any player achieving a nine-darter; should more than one player hit a nine-darter during the same tournament, this prize would be shared on a pro-rata basis.
Order of Merit These tournaments will count towards the following Order of Merits PDC Order of Merit ProTour Order of Merit
