Darts on Television
One of the most frequently asked questions we receive is about when and where PDC darts are shown on TV.
Many of the PDC's major televised ranking tournaments, and the Premier League Darts, are shown live across the UK and Europe on Sky Sports, whose coverage is now screened in High Definition, and also in 3D for certain events.
The other televised major tournaments on Sky Sports during 2012 will be the Speedy Services UK Open in June, July's World Matchplay, the PartyPoker.com World Grand Prix in October, the Grand Slam of Darts in November and the 2013 Ladbrokes World Darts Championship, which is held across December/January.
The PartyPoker.net European Championship and Cash Converters Players Championship events are televised live on ITV4.
The rights to the major televised tournaments are also sold on to a number of countries across the globe whose audiences then get to enjoy the very best the sport has to offer.
America, Japan, China, South Africa, Hungary and Singapore are among the nations to broadcast highlights packages from PDC tournaments, while RLT7 in Holland, Sport 1 in Germany and Fox Sports in Australia screen live coverage of tournaments.
Overall, a potential audience of 300 million people have access to PDC tournaments to watch the best players in the world battling for honours at the oche.
In addition, Championship League Darts is streamed online in September and October each year, while highlights from major televised tournaments are available in the LIVEPDC.TV section of our official website, along with live coverage of events for users outside the UK, Ireland and Holland.
International TV Schedules will be added here in due course with information of where you can watch PDC darts worldwide.
