THE draw for the second of the PDC's European Tour events, the German Darts Championship, has been made, with Phil Taylor pitted against emerging Dutch star Jerry Hendriks in the first round in Berlin.
The £82,100 tournament will be held from June 22-24 at the Tempodrom in Berlin, with the world's drawn for the first round against the 32 qualifiers who have won through the UK, Home Nation and European Qualifiers.
Justin Pipe, who won the inaugural European Tour event in Austria in April, drew Dutch star Michael van Gerwen, with world number one Taylor playing Hendriks.
World Champion Adrian Lewis faces World Youth Champion James Hubbard in a high-profile clash, while world number three James Wade takes on Austria's Mensur Suljovic.
The first round games will be split across two stages in Berlin, and played in two sessions on Friday June 22.
