MICHAEL VAN GERWEN, Simon Whitlock, James Wade and Justin Pipe will all face German opposition in the first round of May's European Darts Open, while Phil Taylor has drawn Matt Clark for the Dusseldorf event.
The third £100,000 European Tour event of 2013 will be held at the Maritim Hotel in Dusseldorf from May 17-19, with 64 players in action.
The four Host Nation Qualifiers - who will win their places in the main event on May 16 - have all drawn players from inside the world's top ten, in McCoy's Premier League Darts van Gerwen, Wade and Whitlock and Justin Pipe, the Austrian Open winner last year.
Raymond van Barneveld, who won last year's European Tour event at the Maritim Hotel in Dusseldorf, will begin his bid to repeat that success against youngster Adam Hunt, who hit a nine-dart finish as he won through Friday's UK Qualifier in Wigan.
World Champion Phil Taylor will take on Matt Clark in his first round game, while this year's two previous European Tour winners, John Part and Wes Newton, will both face European Qualifiers.
Dave Chisnall, the number three seed and runner-up to van Barneveld last June in Dusseldorf, plays youngster Chris Aubrey, while Paul Nicholson and Stuart Kellett - this year's beaten finalists in the two previous European Tour events - draw Stephen Hardy and Dennis Smith respectively.
Former World Champions Richie Burnett and Steve Beaton will clash in the first round, while Adrian Lewis plays Elgin's Keith Stephen and Premier League rivals Robert Thornton and Andy Hamilton take on European Qualifiers.
The European Qualifier and Host Nation Qualifier will be held at the Maritim Hotel in Dusseldorf on Thursday May 16.
