2014 European Championship Dates

THE 2014 European Championship is to be held across three days from October 24-26, live on ITV4.

The £250,000 tournament will be held for a third successive year at the RWE Sporthalle in Muelheim, Germany as 32 players battle for the title, which was won in 2013 by Adrian Lewis.

With the move of the event to be broadcast by ITV4, the tournament will now be played across three days in Muelheim.

The event will open on Friday October 24, with the first round to be split across two sessions in the afternoon and evening.

As in previous years, the second round will be split across two sessions on Saturday, with the quarter-finals on Sunday afternoon and the semi-finals and final on Sunday evening.

The tournament will feature the top 16 players from the PDC Order of Merit at October 13, with a further eight players qualifying from the ProTour Order of Merit to be joined by seven European (non-UK) players from the ProTour Order of Merit and a Scandinavian Qualifier.

Tickets for the 2014 European Championship are on sale now through PDC Europe, and can be purchased online via www.pdc-europe.tv.
