Further Ratajski Success & Bezzeg Qualifies

Krzysztof Ratajski (PDC Europe)

THE East Europe Qualifiers for the year's final four European Tour events saw Krzysztof Ratajski continue his 2017 success as Nandor Bezzeg secured his European Tour debut.

Polish ace Ratajski has been an ever-present in the year's opening eight European Tour events, and continued his unbeaten run in the East Europe Qualifiers in Budapest.

He firstly qualified for next weekend's Dutch Darts Masters by seeing off Gabor Takacs 6-3 in their final, before sealing a place in the HappyBet German Darts Grand Prix by defeating Bezzeg 6-4 in the decider.

However, Ratajski missed out on a spot in the HappyBet International Darts Open in Riesa later in September when he lost to Takacs in the first round of that qualifier.

Bezzeg, the left-hander who has competed at the 2009 World Championship and five times in the PDC World Cup of Darts, went on to win the ET11 knockout, seeing off Pal Szekely 6-1 in the final to ensure his first European Tour appearance.

Ratajski was back to winning ways in the weekend's final East Europe Qualifier, defeating Bezzeg 6-1 in the final to ensure his spot in October's HappyBet European Darts Trophy.
