MICHAEL VAN GERWEN is the odds-on pre-tournament favourite ahead of the Paddy Power Champions League of Darts, which will take place in Brighton next month.
The world number one has been pitted alongside Gary Anderson, Daryl Gurney and Dave Chisnall in an exciting Group A for the BBC-televised event.
Van Gerwen is Paddy Power's 4/5 pre-tournament favourite, with Anderson rated at 4/1 as he bids to add to this year's UK Open and World Matchplay wins.
Chisnall is rated 25/1 to claim the title, with Gurney at 33/1 on his Champions League debut.
Group B sees World Champion Rob Cross and reigning Champions League of Darts winner Mensur Suljovic joined by Peter Wright and Simon Whitlock.
Cross is 7/1 to take glory in his maiden Champions League campaign, with Wright 15/2, Suljovic a 10/1 chance to retain his title and Whitlock rated 33/1.
Van Gerwen is 3/10 to top his group and 1/9 to qualify for the semi-finals, while Cross is 1/2 to progress to the last four and 7/4 to top Group B.
