KEELAN KAY won the year's seventh Junior Darts Corporation Modus UK Tour event as a first ton-plus average was recorded on Saturday in Solihull.
Connor Arberry recorded a 100.20 average in his quarter-final win over Tavis Dudeney with legs of 15, 18 and 12 darts.
Arberry then defeated Lewis Gurney 4-1 in the semi-finals, but lost out 5-2 in the decided as Kay claimed the title.
Arberry hit back from a 2-0 deficit early in the final to level, but Kay landed 180s in the next three legs as he pulled clear to win.
Kay had edged past Lennon Craddock 4-3 in the semi-finals, and also defeated Thomas Bentley, Mitchell McCarthy and Henry Coates in the event.
