THE William Hill World Darts Championship begins tonight, with greater worldwide coverage than ever before from London's Alexandra Palace.

Darts' biggest-ever event will be held from December 13-January 1, as 96 players from 28 countries compete for the prestigious Sid Waddell Trophy and a record-breaking £2.5 million in prize money.
