2019 European Tour - Qualifying Update

PDC European Tour (PDC Europe)

THE qualification structure for the PDC European Tour in 2019 has been amended to allow European-based Tour Card Holders to compete in qualifying events alongside the UK Qualifiers.

The move will see all Tour Card Holders from the UK and West & South Europe compete ahead of Players Championship weekends in the relevant qualifying events for the 13 European Tour events next year.

Alongside the 18 places on offer for the UK Tour Card Holders' Qualifier, a further six places will be open to players in the European Qualifier.

Two places will then be allocated to a West & South Europe Qualifier for Associate Members, alongside four Host Nation Qualifiers, one East Europe Qualifier and one PDC Nordic & Baltic Qualifier.

As in previous years, the leading 16 players from the ProTour Order of Merit qualify by right and are seeded, entering events in round two.
