World Championship fans (Lawrence Lustig, PDC)

Ahead of your visit to Alexandra Palace for the 2019/20 William Hill World Darts Championship, here's a short guide on how you can make the most of your trip.

GETTING HERE AND GETTING HOME

By rail - Ally Pally has its own train station fittingly called Alexandra Palace Station. It is located at the Wood Green entrance to the Park. A regular train service runs direct from Moorgate, through Highbury & Islington or from Kings Cross, changing at Finsbury Park.

By tube - Wood Green is the nearest underground station on the Piccadilly Line (journey time is 20 minutes from Piccadilly Circus). Exit Wood Green Station and go to bus stop A to pick up the W3 bus up the hill to Alexandra Palace.

By bus - The W3 bus runs from Finsbury Park and Tottenham to Alexandra Palace Ice Rink or Alexandra Palace Palm Court.

PARKING

Alexandra Palace has 1,200 parking spaces in the grounds, offered free of charge. These are all on a first come first served basis and cannot be booked in advance. Parking is split into six parking areas, with easy access to different areas of the park and its amenities

Accessible parking - There are disabled access parking spaces specifically for blue badge holders.There are dedicated accessible bays in the Grove Car park (a short walk up a slight hill) and the East Car Park. There is a drop off point outside the Palm Court Entrance via the west slip road where staff will assist with directions. Spaces are available on a strictly first come, first served basis.

Local parking - Please be considerate of the local neighbours: do not park illegally on the streets and please leave the area quietly.

ON ARRIVAL

Alexandra Palace general view (PDC)

Main Entrance (Rose Window Entrance) - Found at the front of the building, this entrance is for standard ticket holders and is also where the Ticket Office is located.

Palm Court Entrance - The entrance for VIP and Hospitality guests.

Doors open at 1130 GMT for afternoon sessions starting at 1230 GMT. Doors open at 1730 GMT for evening sessions starting at 1900 GMT.

Please allow additional time for security searches.

IN THE VENUE

Once inside the venue, the Fans' Village is the place to be, here you'll find:

  • Multiple food and drink outlets offering a wide range of options - please note all purchases are to be made with the Cashless Payment Cards
  • Fun and games with our sponsors William Hill, Toyo Tires and Selco
  • A chance to get your photo taken with a darts legend and the World Championship trophy 
  • Darts DJ Lee blasting out the tunes to get you in the mood to party
  • On The Wire broadcasting a live show for Facebook before each evening session

IN THE ARENA

Once inside the arena it's time to enjoy the party atmosphere full of fancy dress, singing and cheering. Look out for the Sky Sports cameras going around the arena!

180 cards will be available on tables and stands on arrival, so get thinking of your witty message (please keep them clean).

There will also be other goodies on the tables supplied by our title sponsor William Hill.
