Fans can now purchase tickets for the 2020 World Series of Darts Finals, which will be the first televised PDC event with a socially-distanced crowd.
The 24-player event will be held from September 18-20 at the Salzburgarena in Austria, and will allow fans to attend as they support the likes of reigning champion Michael van Gerwen, World Champion Peter Wright and Austria's Mensur Suljovic.
Under an innovative move to make the event possible, PDC Europe, the PDC, the Salzburgarena and relevant authorities have developed a new concept for the staging of the World Series of Darts Finals.
The floor area is split into four different sections, which are strictly separated within the venue and have their own entrance & exit, sanitary facilities, food & drink outlets and smoking area for fans.
Fans attending the event will be required to wear face masks when moving around the venue, santising hands upon entry and observing social distancing guidelines.
Tickets can be purchased per table, with up to eight people being able to be seated per table in one group; separate bookings are not permitted per table and there is a reduction in the per-person ticket price based on a higher number of the eight tickets at a table being sold.
The new venue layout and ticketing structure means that all previous ticket bookings for the event cannot remain valid. Fans will be contacted by the Box Office in relation to any bookings, and provided with a voucher to use to purchase tickets in the new venue layout or for a different PDC Europe event.
