Prize winners from the Autumn Series Predictor game have been confirmed.
Fans were asked to pick five players to finish in the top five of the Autumn Series Order of Merit table at the conclusion of Day Five on September 16.
Points were earned for every one of your picks to finish in the top five of the Autumn Series Order of Merit.
The prize winners are as follows:
1st Place: PDC dartboard signed by each of the Autumn Series winners

2nd Place: Signed Rob Cross darts shirt
Winner - Jurica Putarek
3rd Place: Signed 2020 Premier League programme
