Revised fixtures have been confirmed for the 2021 Unibet Premier League, with James Wade directly replacing Gerwyn Price in all matches on Nights 1-9.
Following world number one Price's withdrawal after returning a positive Covid-19 test, the world number one will be replaced in the field by Wade.
As a result, 2009 Premier League champion Wade will face Gary Anderson in Easter Monday's opening night of action, before playing Rob Cross on Tuesday evening.
The Unibet Premier League commences from 1900 BST on Monday evening, with the opening five nights to be held from April 5-9 before the action continues from April 19-22 as the ten players meet once in the first half of the season.

Format
The opening nine nights will see the ten players face each other once in the round-robin phase. Games will be the best of 12 legs - first to seven, or a six-all draw. Players receive two points for a win and one point for a draw.
The Unibet Premier League is broadcast through Sky Sports in the UK and Ireland, RTL7 in the Netherlands, DAZN in various worldwide territories including Germany & America, as well as through the PDC's global broadcast partners and on PDCTV for Rest of the World Subscribers outside of the UK, Ireland & Netherlands.
