The Championship Darts Corporation have confirmed their plans for U.S. dates on the 2021 Championship Darts Circuit, with two treble-header weekends to be staged this year.

Ongoing restrictions across North America forced the postponement of all events in the first half of the year, and non-essential cross-border travel for the U.S. into Canada is still not permitted, though the CDC remains hopeful that plans to reopen the border will be announced by June 1.

Play will commence with three events from July 9-11 in Tampa before a further treble-header is staged from September 17-19 in Philadelphia.

The weekends of August 13-15 and October 22-24 reserved in the calendar at present pending relaxation of Canadian restrictions and the CDC are continuing to liaise with the relevant authorities in relation to plans for Canadian events on these weekends.

In the event no plan for reopening the border is announced by June 1, the CDC will be forced to separate the tour by country, as was done in 2020. Further announcements will be made in due course.
