Thomas Banks, Callum Loose and Darryl Pilgrim were the latest players to seal qualification for next month’s Cazoo UK Open, after winning through last weekend’s Rileys Amateur Qualifiers.
Teenage star Banks will make his UK Open bow at Butlin’s Minehead Resort from March 3-5, after celebrating victory in Saturday’s Rileys Amateur Qualifier in Harlow.
The 16-year-old – who was beaten by Luke Littler in last month’s JDC Super 16 final – defeated Paul Marsh to secure a place in his maiden senior PDC televised event.
Former Development Tour winner Loose will also make his UK Open debut next month, after coming out on top in Saturday’s Riley’s Chorlton event.
Elsewhere, Challenge Tour star Pilgrim will make his third UK Open appearance after claiming victory in Sunday’s London Victoria Qualifier.
The 35-year-old dumped out Brazil’s Diogo Portela earlier in the event, before toppling former UK Open Qualifier Jason Askew to confirm his Minehead return.
The Rileys Amateur Qualifiers will conclude next weekend, with the final knockout events taking place in Chester, Coventry, Liverpool & Norwich on February 18-19.
Entries will cost £10 and are available through the Rileys website - with entry open to all players who do not hold a PDC Tour Card.
Online entries will close at 1700 GMT on the day before a qualifying event takes place, with entries limited to a maximum of 150 players per qualifier at Coventry & Liverpool.
