Cam Crabtree secured his third Winmau Development Tour title of the weekend with a thumping 5-0 victory over Jenson Walker in Hildesheim on Sunday.
Crabtree - a two-time winner on the Challenge Tour - was without a Development Tour title prior this weekend, but he performed magnificently to complete a memorable hat-trick at Halle 39.
The 21-year-old won eight consecutive games to pocket the £2,500 top prize, whitewashing emerging star Walker in Sunday’s showpiece.
Crabtree kicked off his bid with a 102.53 average and a 4-1 win over JJ Wright, before easing past German duo Felix Springer and Keith Zahner.
He continued his charge with successive 4-1 victories over James Buckby and Florian Preis, before averaging 99 to complete a 5-1 success over Beau Greaves.
Having swept aside Dutchman Moreno Blom in the semi-finals, Crabtree then dispatched Walker to cap off a remarkable three days on German soil.
Walker relinquished just five legs in his run to the final, following up an emphatic 5-1 win over Poland’s Sebastian Bialecki with another crushing victory against Germany’s Yorick Hofkens in the semi-finals.
Crabtree’s latest triumph sees him cement second spot on the Winmau Development Tour Order of Merit, with Greaves now occupying a £150 lead at the summit.
The top two players from the 2025 Development Tour Order of Merit will each win a PDC Tour Card for 2026-27 and a place in the 2025/26 Paddy Power World Darts Championship.
The Winmau Development Tour season continues later this year, as Events 16-20 take place at the Robin Park Leisure Centre in Wigan from September 5-7.
