PDC Fantasy Darts: Transfer Window open ahead of World Matchplay semis

Luke Littler (Taylor Lanning/PDC)

The PDC Fantasy Darts Transfer Window is open ahead of Saturday's Betfred World Matchplay semi-finals in Blackpool.

Luke Littler, Josh Rock, James Wade and Jonny Clayton will battle it out for the right to star in Sunday's showpiece at the Winter Gardens, with young stars Littler and Rock locking horns in a battle of the former World Youth Champions.

The evening's opening semi-final will see 2007 World Matchplay winner Wade take on 2023 runner-up Clayton, with Wade the solitary former champion left standing at the Empress Ballroom.

Ahead of Saturday's semi-finals, you have one final transfer available, with a deadline of 2000 BST to make changes to your team.

However, if all players are eliminated from a category, you are not able to select a player from a different category to make up your full compliment of players.

Littler is the only player from the 'Favourites' category featuring in Saturday's semi-finals, with Rock, Wade and Clayton all listed as 'Contenders'.

The overall PDC Fantasy Darts champion will receive a signed Luke Littler shirt, while further prizes also include a signed Nathan Aspinall shirt and a set of Michael van Gerwen’s EvoX darts.

Rock's outstanding combination finishing has been a feature of his success this week, with the Northern Irishman registering a total of eight ton-plus checkouts in wins over Ross Smith, Michael van Gerwen and Gerwyn Price respectively.

The 24-year-old has also been prolific in the scoring department, and his semi-final showdown against Littler appears destined to be a contest littered with quality.

Wade will remarkably feature in his tenth World Matchplay semi-final on Saturday, and the 2007 champion has been the epitome of consistency throughout this year's tournament.

Having registered ton-plus averages in wins over Joe Cullen and Wessel Nijman, Wade delivered a masterclass in combination finishing to account for World Youth Champion Gian van Veen in the last eight.

Jonny Clayton - 54 points

The Welsh number one is the only semi-finalist yet to register a ton-plus average in the tournament, although he was at his clinical best against Bunting in the quarter-finals, landing 108 and 118 finishes in successive legs to complete a thumping 16-7 victory.
