Jurjen van der Velde claimed his second Winmau Development Tour title of 2025 at Event 20 in Wigan on Sunday.
Van der Velde defeated Henry Coates in the final to land his the fifth Development Tour title of his career, backing up his Event 14 triumph in May.
The Dutchman whitewashed Liam Maendl-Lawrence in round four, before defeating countryman Jeffrey Keen to reach the last eight.
The 2024 World Youth Championship runner-up claimed victories over Owen Bates and Jack Peet in the quarter-finals and semi-finals respectively, before sealing the title with a 5-2 win over Coates.
Van der Velde, who also has two Challenge Tour titles to his name, rises to fourth on the 2025 Winmau Development Tour Rankings as he looks to regain his PDC Tour Card.
The top two players from the 2025 Development Tour rankings will each win a PDC Tour Card for 2026-27, while the top three ranked players will earn a place in the 2025/26 Paddy Power World Darts Championship.
The 2025 Winmau Development Tour season concludes with Events 21-24 on October 11-12 in Wigan.
