Top seed Nathan Aspinall will kick off his campaign against two-time champion Rob Cross in a blockbuster tie, as World Champion Luke Littler faces five-time World Champion Raymond van Barneveld in another eye-catching showdown.
World number one Luke Humphries plays Poland's premier player Krzysztof Ratajski for a place in Round Two, with 2018 European Champion James Wade set to lock horns with former World Grand Prix winner Mike De Decker.
Northern Ireland's World Cup champion Josh Rock meets German number two Ricardo Pietreczko, while another home favourite in Niko Springer makes his debut against 2024 runner-up Jermaine Wattimena.
Elsewhere, Gary Anderson and Cameron Menzies go head-to-head in an all-Scottish affair, before former World Cup partners Dirk van Duijvenbode and Danny Noppert round off the evening's action.
