The 2025/26 Paddy Power World Darts Championship gets underway on Thursday evening, as Luke Littler opens his title defence at London's Alexandra Palace.
Day One of the record-breaking £5m event will see reigning champion Littler take centre stage against 2019/20 quarter-finalist Darius Labanauskas, as 2022/23 World Champion Michael Smith faces Women's World Matchplay champion Lisa Ashton.
Two-time quarter-finalist Kim Huybrechts faces German debutant Arno Merk in the evening's opener, before Latvian number one Madars Razma goes up against Dutch newcomer Jamai van den Herik.
The 2025/26 Paddy Power World Darts Championship will be broadcast live on Sky Sports in the UK, through the PDC's worldwide broadcast partners including DAZN and Viaplay, and on PDCTV (excluding UK, Ireland, Germany, Austria & Switzerland based subscribers).
