The schedule of play for Monday December 22 and Tuesday December 23 at the Paddy Power World Darts Championship has been confirmed.
The final four days of pre-Christmas action will see round two take place, as the remaining 64 players continue their challenge to lift the iconic Sid Waddell Trophy.
The matches for the double sessions on Saturday and Sunday had already been confirmed, which include defending champion Luke Littler returning to the Alexandra Palace stage.
Monday’s double session will see 2023/24 World Champion Luke Humphries take on Singapore’s darting icon Paul Lim, as European Champion Gian van Veen continues his title challenge against Scottish star Alan Soutar.
Two-time semi-finalist Nathan Aspinall also stars against the enigmatic Leonard Gates, while Charlie Manby and Adam Sevada lock horns in a battle of the debutants.
Four-time semi-finalist James Wade will play Ricky Evans in one of Monday afternoon’s stand-out fixtures, as Kenya’s trailblazer David Munyua goes head-to-head with Kevin Doets for a place in round three.
Former World Champions Michael van Gerwen and Gary Anderson will then take centre stage on the final day of pre-Christmas action, as they go up against William O’Connor and Connor Scutt respectively.
Two-time winner Peter Wright makes his return against German newcomer Arno Merk, with Northern Ireland’s World Cup champions Josh Rock and Daryl Gurney and Dutch number two Danny Noppert also featuring amongst a blockbuster line-up.
To begin round two, Saturday's afternoon session will star Japan's Motomu Sakai - who stunned Thibault Tricole on Thursday - as he takes on Sweden's Andreas Harrysson.
Ryan Searle opens round two against Brendan Dolan, Dirk van Duijvenbode meets James Hurrell and Dave Chisnall clashes with German star Ricardo Pietreczko.
Saturday's evening session will feature Stephen Bunting's clash with Nitin Kumar, while 2022/23 World Champion Michael Smith and Premier League ace Chris Dobey will also be in action.
Reigning World Champion Littler will continue his title defence against Wales' David Davies on Sunday, while former winners Gerwyn Price and Rob Cross also feature alongside German duo Martin Schindler and Max Hopp.
Following a three-day Christmas break, rounds three and four will then take place from December 27-30, before the quarter-finals, semi-finals and final are contested in a blockbuster start to 2026 from January 1-3.
