Player entries for Players Championship, European Tour, Winmau Challenge Tour, Winmau Development Tour and PDC Women's Series events are now open.
The 2026 PDC ProTour season will begin with Players Championships 1-2 on February 9-10 at Halle 39 in Hildesheim, with all 34 Players Championship events set to be contested in midweek days at venues in Hildesheim, Wigan, Leicester, Milton Keynes and Den Bosch.
Prize money across the Players Championship events has increased to £150,000 per event in 2026, with winners pocketing £15,000 and runners-up earning £10,000.
Furthermore, the PDC European Tour will see an increase to 15 tournaments held across the continent in 2026, as Poland and Slovakia will host their maiden events in February and June respectively.
Entries will open from Thursday January 8 to PDC Tour Card Holders for all 2026 events.
The European Tour action begins from February 20-22 in Krakow with the inaugural Poland Darts Open (ET1), which takes place at the EXPO Krakow.
Meanwhile, the first five events of the Challenge Tour season will take place from January 16-18 at Arena MK in Milton Keynes.
Entry costs £60 per event, will be available through the PDC Entry System, and will be open to all PDPA Associate Members who competed at the 2026 PDC Qualifying Schools but did not win a Tour Card.
The Winmau Development Tour, for players aged 16-23*, will begin in Leicester from February 20-22, whilst entry costs £30 per event and is available through the PDC Entry System.
The Winmau World Youth Championship will then see its early rounds staged in October in Wigan, before the final takes place at November’s Players Championship Finals in Minehead.
Following the conclusion of the respective seasons, the top two players on the Challenge Tour and Development Tour rankings will earn two-year PDC Tour Cards, with the top three players on each circuit sealing a place in the 2026/27 World Darts Championship.
The 2026 PDC Women’s Series will see 24 events take place throughout the year, with the first four events kicking off on February 7-8 in Hildesheim.
The top eight players on the rolling 12-month Women’s Series rankings will qualify for July’s Women’s World Matchplay, where the winner will receive an invitation to compete at both the Grand Slam of Darts and the World Darts Championship.
The top three non-qualified players from the final PDC Women's Series rankings will also qualify to compete in the 2026/27 World Darts Championship, with the top-ranked player also assured of a Grand Slam of Darts spot.
Entries for the PDC Women's Series, costing £30 per event are now open via the PDC Entry System.
New players for the PDC Women's Series and Winmau Development Tour must register their details at this link. Following your registration, you will receive an email to confirm that you are available to enter tournaments, and at this stage you can login to make your entry to the relevant events. This verification may take up to 48 hours.
* Entry to Development Tour Events and the World Youth Championship and its associated qualifiers is open to all players who are aged 23 or under and 16 or over on January 4 2026.
Players who are ranked in the top 64 of the PDC World Ranking on the cut-off date of an Event are not eligible to enter those Development Tour Events or Women’s Series Events.
Players who turn 16 during 2026 shall be eligible to enter Development Tour or Women’s Series Events or World Youth Championship qualifiers from the date of their 16th birthday.
