HUNGARY'S Nandor Bezzeg has won the Eastern European Qualifier for the 2009 Ladbrokes.com World Darts Championship.
Bezzeg came through the second Eastern European Qualifier, held in Prague on Friday October 31, to succeed Miloslav Navratil in appearing at Alexandra Palace.
Bezzeg defeated Slovenia's Gregor Gorjup 7-4 in the final to secure his World Championship place.
He will compete in the first round of the tournament, which begins on Friday December 19.
Navratil overcame Philippines champion Rizal Barellano 5-0 in the preliminary round last year before going down 3-2 to Andy Jenkins in the last 64.
