ANTON KOLESOV and Boris Boltsov were victorious on the second weekend of the Russian EADC ProTour at the Omega Plaza in Moscow.
In Saturday's opening event Kolesov put his name in the hat as a potential team-mate to Aleksandr Oreshkin for June's World Cup of Darts by winning ProTour Event Three.
Kolesov defeated World Championship qualifier Oreshkin 6-3 in the quarter-finals before impressively defeating Koltsov in the semi-finals.
The final saw Kolesov rush in to a 5-0 lead against Roman Obuhov, before last year's Russian national champion battled back to level the tie at five-all. However, it was Kolesov who held his nerve in the deciding leg to win his first event on the senior circuit.
The young Russian could not repeat his performance in Event Four though, losing out in the last 16 as Koltsov went all the way to victory for the loss of just four legs in his final three matches.
Koltsov - a former World Championship qualifier - defeated Sergey Smirnov 6-1 in the last eight, then going on to dispatch Igor Dzasohov 6-2 in the semi-finals before making light work of Nikolay Mikhalin with a 6-1 victory in the final.
Koltsov's win boosts his chances of representing Russia - alongside Oreshkin - at the Betway World Cup of Darts in June, after he moved clear of second-placed Kolesov in the EADC rankings with just two events remaining.
Kolesov, meanwhile, followed up his win in ProTour Event Three by winning Saturday's second EADC Youth Tour event, defeating Pavel Levenkov 6-3 in the final to claim his second win of the season.
The next EADC weekend will see the year's fifth and sixth events played on April 23-24.
