Teenage talent Lewis Cook enjoyed his first taste of the PDC stage on Sunday with victory in the JDC Super 16 final in Wolverhampton.
Cook and opponent Ellis Hadfield competed in the JDC's latest final to be held alongside a PDC event, taking to the WV Active Aldersley stage ahead of the Grand Slam of Darts final.
Cook took the JDC Super 16 title with a 5-1 win, reeling off four straight legs to claim victory.
Essex-based Cook has also won the JDC European Open title in both 2024 and 2025, edging out brother Alfie to win this year's event.
Cook succeeds Jack Johnson as JDC Super 16 champion, while the next big-stage opportunity for junior stars will come next month as the JDC Junior World Championship final is held at Alexandra Palace on Saturday December 20.
The early rounds of the JDC Junior World Championship will take place in Gibraltar during the annual festival of darts from November 24-28.
