What do I need on my PC/Mac/mobile device in order to view PDC TV Content?

PDC TV is accessible on almost every modern browser on almost every modern connected device, if you have a reasonable specification tablet or computer that is less than 3 years old.

You will need a strong, stable broadband internet connection minimum of at least 1MB per second with a ping of less than 100m/s.

You will need a computer, tablet or mobile smartphone or connected device), and it should be running a recent compatible and updated web browser such as Chrome, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, etc.

 

What are the Minimum Windows Requirements?

Pentium 4 2.4GHz or higher or equivalent AMD processor with a minimum of 1GB of memory, running one of the following operating systems: Windows 7 or later, (high specification computers running Windows XP SP2 or greater and or Windows Vista might work.)

We recommend upgrading to the latest version for optimum viewing experiences.

Your browser should be at least as recent as any of the following:

64-bit Microsoft Internet Explorer 10 or later: windows.microsoft.com

Firefox 33.0.1 or later: www.mozilla.com

Adobe Flash Player 15.0 or later: www.adobe.com

Chrome 35 or later: www.google.com

 

What are the Minimum Mac Requirements?

1.5GHz with a minimum of 1GB memory running Mac OS X 10.5.6 or later.

 

What Mobile Devices are supported?

PDC TV is available on most iOS devices including the iPhone and iPad (iOS version 7 upwards). Via the devices web browser videos will be rendered in the native player.

Generally you’ll need Android Operating System OS 4.1 or later. Due to Vast array of Android devices it is worth testing you can view the content before purchase, using the test video on the homepage.

Please note Some Windows phones, Kindles, smart TVs and game consoles are compatible also

 

Does PDC TV work on GPRS, 3G, 4G, LTE and other mobile networks?

Yes, But we cannot guarantee the quality of the streaming on GPRS, 3G or LTE. 4G will provide a good viewing experience, but may incur costs associated with its use. We recommend streaming over Wi-Fi for an optimal viewing experience.

I can hear the audio, but I cannot see images. What should I do?

If you are using a Mac or Windows, we recommend you to update Flash to its latest version. If the problem persists, right-click the video window (or CTRL key if your mouse has only one button) and go to Flash settings. Click Display Tab and deactivate the Enable Hardware Acceleration. So please refresh the page (F5) or restart browser.

 

I have problems of fluidity of the images. The picture freezes or is jerky. What should I do?

The required connection speed for HD quality is 4 Mbps.

If you have problems viewing the images because of the speed connection, click on the setting button and change the video quality, try to view it at a lower resolution.

Check that no firewall or router security are blocking the video or that other programs are not using excess bandwidth during the live event

We always recommend closing all applications on your device while watching the live game or changing the browser you are using, updating Chrome at the last version.

 

I've forgotten my username / password

If you've forgotten your username and / or password then please select the links under the log in box on the login screen.

I'm having trouble signing up

Please try signing up with an alternative email address or contacting pdctvsupport@streamamg.com for further advice or questions.

 

I have reached my device limit

PDC TV has a limit on the number of devices that can be associated with a PDC TV account. If you have reached this limit, please log out of any unused devices. If you do not believe you are logged into any devices please email pdctvsupport@streamamg.com

 

Caching issues?

If you are struggling to log in repeatedly it’s possible that your computer is looking at old log in details stored in the cache, or that a cookie has been corrupted. Please visit http://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/ and follow the instructions to clear the cache on your relevant browser/device.

 

Why is the video buffering or regularly freezing?

Is your connection fast enough? Try to stop all current downloads, videos you are watching or torrents and visit http://www.speedtest.net . Test your download speed, results should show a minimum of 1Mbps to process streamed content along with usual browsing activities efficiently.

 

Using Google Chrome?

If you are using Google Chrome please allow it to run all plug-in content in your browser's settings. You can do this by copying and pasting the following link into your browser's search bar: chrome://settings/content, pressing enter and then scrolling down and selecting Run all plug-in content.

 

The stream regularly stops and buffers mid-stream

Is your connection fast enough? Try to stop all current downloads, videos you are watching or torrents and visit http://www.speedtest.net . Test your download speed, results should show a minimum of 250kbps to process streamed content along with usual browsing activities efficiently.

 

I’m receiving a “Broadcast not Currently Live” message

The live video player will only be live during a match. If game is on and you are receiving this message, please alert pdctvsupport@streamamg.com

 

I can’t access the stream on my device

First of all make sure you are connected to a fast enough mobile network (3g, 4g, Wi-Fi). If you believe you have adequate bandwidth, utilise Safari as the browser of choice on IOS and google chrome on Android devices.

For optimal experience on android utilise a 3rd party programme such as VLC player to play the stream. If you are still having issues please raise with pdctvsupport@streamamg.com

 

Can I download/embed PDC TV content

The PDC TV service does not allow downloads or embedding of content in 3rd party sites.

 

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription please email pdctvsupport@streamamg.com with your cancellation request.

Please be advised that 10 working days' notice is required for cancellation on this product, cancellation within this period may result in your being charged for the next period.

 

How much does PDC TV cost?

Monthly - : Monthly Subscription Access to PDC TV for (insert price) a month, repeating at (insert price) per month until cancelled

Annual - (insert price) Annual Subscription Access to PDC TV for (insert price) a year, repeating at (insert price) per year until cancelled

All these passes will gain you the same full access to all available PDC TV matches. You can pay by credit/Debit card or PayPal. 

 

I have been unable to log in and now been locked out

You may have been locked out due to too many incorrect password attempts. If this is the case then please wait 30 minutes before trying again.

Alternatively, if this does not work then please can you go through a forgotten password journey to reset your password. You can do this by clicking "Forgot Password" in the Member Login Area

Please make sure to check your junk folder for the reset email if it doesn't come through quick.

 

Updating Payment Details? 

Try updating your billing address first. This can be done with or without a subscription. Login into your account. Go to My Account - Card Details - Billing Address and add your billing address for your relevant payment information.
