Fallon Sherrock enjoyed two wins as the 2021 PDC Women's Series began on Saturday, as Lisa Ashton also took victory in Milton Keynes.
The first of four days of action in the 2021 PDC Women's Series saw three events, each worth £5,000 in prize money, take place.
PDC Tour Card Holder Ashton, the 2020 PDC Women's Series Order of Merit winner, got off to an ideal start by winning Event One.
A tough route to the final saw Ashton defeat Sherrock, Lorraine Winstanley and Anastasia Dobromyslova in successive matches, before taking the title with a 5-3 win over Rhian O'Sullivan.
Ashton lost out in the quarter-finals of Event Two to Joanne Locke as Sherrock - last week's Viaplay Nordic Darts Masters runner-up - went all the way to the title.
Sherrock dropped just three legs in five games on her way to the final - including wins over Locke and O'Sullivan - before defeating Australia's Corinne Hammond 5-2 in the decider.
The Milton Keynes star then completed a daily double by winning Event Three to move top of the Order of Merit going into day two - putting herself in pole position to claim a Cazoo Grand Slam of Darts place.
Sherrock again defeated O'Sullivan and Hammond during the event, saw off Dobromyslova 5-1 in the semi-finals and then secured victory by defeating Deta Hedman 5-3 in the final.

Sherrock sits on £2,100 prize money following the first three events, ahead of Ashton (£1,350) and Hedman (£1,250) in the rankings.
The leading player following Event Six will qualify for the Grand Slam of Darts, with a second place in Wolverhampton on offer for the top star from Events 7-12 next month.
In addition, the top two players from the final Order of Merit, following all 12 events, will qualify for the 2021/22 William Hill World Darts Championship.
Play at the Marshall Arena concludes on Sunday with Events 4-6, with a further £15,000 in prize money on offer.
