FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

PURCHASING TICKETS
When can I buy tickets?

Monday, July 29 (1200 BST): PDCTV Annual Members Window opens. This is for fans with a PDCTV Annual Subscription before 12:00 BST on Friday, July 26.

Tuesday, July 30 (1200 BST): Priority Members Window opens for fans who signed up for free to the World Darts Championship Priority Window before 12:00 BST on Friday, July 26.

Wednesday, July 31 (1200 BST): General Sale begins.

THE PRIORITY SALE PERIOD FOR PDCTV ANNUAL MEMBERS OFFERS THE FIRST CHANCE TO PURCHASE TICKETS BUT DOES NOT GUARANTEE TICKETS, ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH-DEMAND SESSIONS.

How many tickets can I buy?
Tickets per booking (i,e, per Annual Subscriber in the first priority window or per individual in the second priority and general sale) are limited as follows:
Ticket Limits: Fans can book up to six table tickets or up to ten tier tickets per booking per session. Table and tier bookings cannot be mixed and matched (for example, 3 table tickets and 4 tier tickets).
Maximum number of sessions: Four.
Hospitality Tickets: All hospitality tickets can be purchased via Pitchside Hospitality.
Note: Family Section bookings must include at least one Under-18 per group.

Where do I buy tickets?
Tickets will be sold through our official ticketing partner, SeeTickets. Fans eligible for Priority Sale will receive an email from the PDC between 1800-2000 BST the day before their window opens with their link. Once the PDCTV Annual Members window opens, subscribers will be required to enter their PDCTV email address to access the ticket window. The SeeTickets website details accepted payment methods. Prices shown are per ticket and do not include booking fees.
Important: We strongly advise against purchasing and selling tickets on third-party resale websites like Viagogo and StubHub. We monitor these sites and cancel tickets sold via these methods.

Tickets will be sold as 'best available' seating, meaning fans will be able to select tables or tiers but won't be able to choose their actual seats. This ensures a smoother transaction process and prevents multiple fans from attempting to book the same seats, which could result in purchase failures and disappointment for members.

Seats will be allocated in a 'best available' format from the front to the back. If you are successful in securing tickets, please proceed to the checkout promptly. Fans will have six minutes to complete their purchase, so please have your payment details ready ahead of your window opening. Any tickets not purchased within the six-minute time frame will be re-released for sale.

I want to buy more tickets than the limit above. What can I do?
Fans will not be able to purchase more than the highlighted ticket limits. The limits are in place to ensure fairness for all fans and we cannot guarantee that separate bookings (made by different people) will be seated together due to demand.

Do all people in my group need to have a PDCTV Annual Subscription?
No - one subscriber can buy up to the number of tickets listed above.

Can children attend?
Parents/guardians should be comfortable with the nature of the event before bringing children. All under-18s must be accompanied by at least one adult or guardian. A Family Section is available in the tiered seating, where groups must include at least one under-18.

Will I get a confirmation of my booking?
Yes - you will receive an email confirmation to the address entered when ordering tickets. Once your ticket booking is complete, we recommend noting your SeeTickets booking reference. You can then log in to your booking at any time via www.seetickets.com/customerservice.

ACCESSIBLE TICKETING
Do you have any tables for people with access requirements?

Yes, there are designated tables for people with access requirements. These are priced at the cost of one ticket with a free carer place and can be booked through the standard process.

Do I need to provide any proof of my requirements?
Due to the nature of the layout of the venue and with consideration for health and safety factors, as well as the comfort of all spectators, accessible seating is in a designated area and an accessible seating position is accompanied by a carer, who can attend free of charge.

To help us ensure that these tickets are made available to those with these genuine needs, please upload a copy of one of the following (maximum size 4MB):
* Copy of DLA, PIP or Adult Disability Payment entitlement letter
* Evidence of registered severely sight impaired (blind)
* CredAbility Access Card (with +1 icon)
* Copy of Attendance Allowance letter
* Recognised Assistance Dog ID card
* A current and valid blue badge
* Any other relevant documentation *
*Please note: If you are unable to upload appropriate documentation this may result in your order being cancelled. We appreciate your cooperation.

RECEIVING MY TICKETS
You will receive an email notifying you that you have been sent your mobile tickets up to 48 hours before your chosen session, and then need to follow the steps to download the ‘PDC Tickets’ app from the Apple Store or Google Play Store. (Please check your spam emails if not received).

Once downloaded, you must use the email address you used to purchase your tickets when creating your account on the app. Once this process has been completed, then you will be notified within the app that your tickets have been received.

We highly recommend you make sure you have your tickets downloaded onto your smartphone well in advance of the event to avoid any issues and delays with signal near to the venue on the day you attend.

The barcode on the ticket may not activate until 24 hours before the session you are attending and this will be done automatically on your phone.

You will need ID to prove that you are over the age of 18 if you want to consume alcohol. Anyone found purchasing alcohol for anyone under 18 will be removed from the event.
