Sending a message to Stream UK Media Services Limited does not imply that Stream UK Media Services Limited has special responsibility as regards the User. In the moment that the User accesses pages or sections in which the existence of security control is specified (as in the case of a bank transfer) the security of the data’s being sent will be established by set conditions.
The present Terms and Conditions of Use, and any other additional conditions published on the Website, constitute a full agreement between Stream UK Media Services Limited and the User in relation to the use of the Website, and are applicable to the relationship between the buyer and Stream UK Media Services Limited’s affiliates if the User acquires any service or product through the Website. If Stream UK Media Services Limited or any of its affiliates delays or fails to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions it shall not mean that Stream UK Media Services Limited or any of its affiliates has waived its right to do so. If it is found by a Court that any of these Terms and Conditions for any reason cannot be enforced, this shall not prevent the other provisions from continuing to apply. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions and no action taken by the User, Stream UK Media Services Limited or any of its affiliates under this Terms and Conditions shall create, or be deemed to create, a partnership, joint venture or establish a relationship of principal and agent or any other relationship between the parties beyond the contractual relationship established under these Terms and Conditions.
The User is obliged to comply with any additional conditions indicated on the Website, likewise any conditions able to be modified in accordance with necessary through a change in law. Stream UK Media Services Limited will be permitted to modify in whole or in part the present Terms and Conditions Of Use at any given moment, at it sole discretion and without prior notice to the User. Continuing to use the Website after such changes have been published indicates an acceptance of said changes. Stream UK Media Services Limited reserves the right to modify, cancel, alter replace, change, interrupt or suspend any Content published on the Website, be it temporary or permanent, without prior notification or assuming any responsibility.
Force Majeure. For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, “Force Majeure” means any cause beyond the control of one of the parties including, without limitation, act of God, war, insurrection, riot, civil disturbances, acts of terrorism, fire, explosion, flood, electricity black-out, network or server failure, theft of essential equipment, malicious damage, strike, lock out, weather, third party injunction, national defence requirements, actions taken by the police, acts or regulations of national or local governments. Stream UK Media Services Limited and its affiliated companies will not be liable to the User for failure to perform any obligation under these Terms and Conditions to the extent that the failure is caused by Force Majeure.
Stream UK Media Services Limited is entitled to assign any right and obligation under these Terms and Conditions provided that the User’s rights are not adversely affected.
The present Terms and Conditions Of Use are governed and subject to UK law, without reference to legal norms, and in the case of a dispute the User it will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Courts of London, UK. If any dispute arises out of these Terms and Conditions, Stream UK Media Services Limited or any of its affiliates will attempt to settle it. To this end Stream UK Media Services Limited shall use the reasonable endeavours to consult, negotiate in good faith, and attempt to reach a just and equitable settlement satisfactory to both parties.
You must pay the subscription fee applicable to the time period you have subscribed for (“Subscription Period”), in accordance with the fee plan notified to you at the time of registration (the “Fee”).
Unless otherwise stated, all Fees are inclusive of United Kingdom VAT. You are responsible for any other local taxes applicable to the territory in which you reside or otherwise access the services from.
You may pay the Fee in a number of ways: (a) Credit/Debit card. The Fee will be automatically billed against the credit/debit card number that you provide in the registration form. Payment may be made by any of the following credit, debit or prepaid cards: Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Debit Mastercard or Maestro. (b) Paypal is accepted for any payment package. Payments will be processed in a secure manner by our third party payment services provider.
We do not accept any responsibility for payments which are not received by us or accepted by your bank. We will notify you by email that we have processed your payment of the Fee and inform you that you are a registered subscriber. The email message will constitute our acceptance of your subscription application. Our acceptance of your order will be deemed complete and received by you at the time and date we send the email, which time and date is specified on the email. We accept no responsibility for you not actually receiving the email, for reasons outside our control.
Automatic Renewal Your subscription will be automatically renewed without notice at the end of the previous Subscription Period for a further equivalent period unless you have opted to unsubscribe from the PDCTV-HD Service not less than 5 days prior to the date of renewal (the “Renewal Deadline”).To unsubscribe please email firstname.lastname@example.org. If you have not unsubscribed by the Renewal Deadline you will be automatically charged for the following month, year or relevant period based on your immediately preceding Subscription Period.
If any increase in Subscription fee is to apply on renewal we will provide you with no less than 21 days’ notice of the proposed increase to enable you to unsubscribe if you so choose in advance of the Renewal Deadline. Failure to do so will result in your subscription being renewed for a further equivalent period at the increased Subscription fee.
Cancellation and Refunds – Please read carefully
If, on subscription, you opted to waive your right to cancel and receive your subscription benefits immediately, you will not be entitled to receive a refund of the Fee. If you have any queries as to whether you opted to waive your right to cancel, please contact us by email email@example.com
If you did not opt to receive your subscription benefits immediately and therefore retained your right to cancel, you can cancel your subscription within fourteen (14) days of the date of subscribing for the PDCTV-HD Service and you will be entitled to a full refund of the Fee. In order to receive the refund you must contact us after cancellation using our online contact form. Any notice given by you after this fourteen (14) day period shall not be effective to entitle you to receive a refund. We will refund such sums by crediting your credit.
Priority Ticket Sale Periods
The Priority Ticket sales periods are an additional benefit for fans with a PDCTV-HD Annual Subscription, and are the first opportunity to buy tickets, not a guarantee of obtaining tickets.
Fans should be aware that demand may exceed availability during Priority Sale periods for some tournaments.
Subscribers who purchase a PDCTV-HD Annual Subscription within 14 days of the cut-off for a Priority Sale period and subsequently use that benefit of the subscription to purchase PDC event tickets in a Priority Sale period waive any rights to receive a refund in full or in part upon a cancellation of their subscription.
