INFORMATION FOR FANS ATTENDING FROM JULY 19 ONWARDS
Will I need to have proof of vaccination ("Covid passport") or provide a negative test result to attend the event from July 19 onwards, or wear a face mask at the event?
Due to the short time frame between the updated government guidance being announced and the event starting, we will not be requiring spectators to provide proof of vaccination or a lateral flow negative test result in order to gain admission to the event.

Will any restrictions be in place from July 19 onwards?
In line with recently issued government guidance, some of the current procedures that are in place for attending an event will change, and we’d like you and your party to familiarise yourself with the below information.

Please be aware that there will be no social distancing measures in place as the venue will be operating at full capacity. If you are not comfortable with this, we would ask you to consider whether you feel it is appropriate for you to attend the event. If you would prefer not to attend, please contact the SeeTickets Customer Services team for a refund or to defer your ticket to the 2022 event.

If you have a ticket for July 19 onwards, there will still be a number of procedures you need to follow, including:
1 - All fans attending are required to complete the online health screening questionnaire ON THE DAY of your visit to the venue to gain a 'Green Pass' email that must be shown along with ticket in order to enter. Please note this link will only be live on the day of the event.
2 - All fans attending will undergo a temperature check on arrival at the venue. Your temperature must be below 37.5°C to be permitted inside the event.
3 - You must wear a face covering when moving around the venue, but can remove this when at your seat.
4 - You must follow directional signage around the venue.

The Winter Gardens will also be operating the usual procedures, including track & trace check-ins, enhanced cleaning, provision of hand sanitisation, cashless payments and the provision of protective screens for their teams at service points.
