OVER 130 players will compete in the final two Speedy Hire UK Open Qualifiers this weekend.
Wigan's Robin Park Tennis Centre will host the seventh and eighth UK Open Qualifiers, each offering £35,000 prize money but also counting towards qualification for June's Speedy Hire UK Open in nearby Bolton.
The top 96 players, plus ties, from the Speedy Hire UK Open Order of Merit following Sunday's final Qualifier will progress to compete in Bolton, alongside the Speedy Qualifiers and Rileys Qualifiers from June 2-5.
Saturday's seventh Qualifier will feature 136 players, with 135 in action on Sunday.
The field includes reigning UK Open champion Phil Taylor, who also won the sixth Qualifier in Barnsley recently, as well as former Bolton winners James Wade and Roland Scholten.
The other five previous winners of this year's Qualifiers, Steve Brown, Michael Smith, Adrian Lewis, Vincent van der Voort and Gary Anderson are also competing in Wigan.
Each event will commence at 12pm, and the draw will be made following the close of registration at 11am. All games are the best of 11 legs.
Saturday will see the sixth PDC Unicorn Youth Tour event played, which will commence following the completion of the Speedy Hire UK Open Qualifier. Entry can be made until 12pm on Thursday by calling 08712 501 180.
