Ladbrokes World Darts Championship Schedule Confirmed

THE schedule of play for the 2012 Ladbrokes World Darts Championship has been confirmed.

This year's tournament will begin on Thursday December 15 at London's Alexandra Palace, with play in the £1 million event being held across 15 days and 20 sessions in darts' biggest tournament.

Screened live on Sky Sports, the First Round will be held across eight days from December 15-21.

The Second Round, featuring the last 32 players, will be played either side of the Christmas break, with the Third Round taking place on December 28 and 29 and the Quarter-Finals held on Friday December 30.

Following a break for New Year's Eve, play will resume with the Semi-Finals on Sunday January 1, with the Final following on Monday January 2.

Tickets for the tournament will go on Priority Sale on Monday June 27 to LIVEPDC.TV Annual Subscribers.

Tickets will then go on general sale on Monday July 4.

Ticket Limits
Tickets will be limited to six per person per session for table seating for all sessions and for tiered seating for the semi-finals and final.


Family Enclosure/Disabled Spectators
Tickets for a dedicated Family Enclosure will be available. Any customers bringing children under the age of 16 are strongly recommended to use this section and to specify this when ordering tickets.

An area is also reserved for disabled spectators - please also specify your requirements when booking.

* This event has a limit of six tickets per person per session for table seating for all sessions and tiered seating for the semi-final and final.
* To be eligible to purchase tickets in the Priority Sales period from Monday June 27-Sunday July 3, customers needed a LIVEPDC.TV Annual Subscription at midnight on Wednesday June 22.
* Please note that all tickets may be subject to a booking fee and/or service charge.
* No football colours will be allowed into the venue.
* The PDC reserves the right of admission.
* Spectators are respectfully requested to behave in an orderly manner at all times.
* Drunkenness will not be tolerated and perpetrators will be asked to leave the premises.
* If you shout out, whistle or boo whilst players are throwing you may be ejected without warning.
* Session times are subject to change and the PDC will make every effort to give as much notice as possible should this be unavoidable. Please visit www.pdc.tv for any changes.
* Doors will open 90 minutes before the scheduled start time and specatators are requested to take their seats at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the event.
* The Broadcast may contain strobe lighting and smoke effects. Any person who may be adversely affected by such effects should take appropriate action.
* No tickets are to be re-sold at a greater price than the face value on the ticket. Any persons attempting to do so will have those tickets made void.
* All spectators are reminded that the writing of any message deemed offensive or inflammatory on 180 cards or similar will lead to perpetrators being asked to leave the premises.
* Please note the use of flash photography or professional video/image recording is not permitted.
* Mobile phones must be switched off or placed in silent mode when in the main auditorium.
* Whilst there is no lower age limit, children under 16 should be accompanied by an appropriate adult.
* Spectators are not permitted to bring food or beverages in to the venue.
* Spectators may be subject to random bag or person searches for safety and security reasons.
