MICHAEL VAN GERWEN is the 4/7 odds-on favourite with sponsors Betway to claim his third Premier League title in next Thursday's Play-Offs at The O2.
The world's top three ranked players, Van Gerwen, Gary Anderson and Peter Wright, will be joined by the sport's greatest ever competitor, Phil Taylor, for the culmination of the 2017 Betway Premier League season in London.
Reigning Premier League champion Van Gerwen will take on two-time champion Anderson in next Thursday's opening semi-final, before Wright makes his first Play-Offs appearance against six-time winner Taylor.
With World Champion Van Gerwen having topped the regular season's league table for a fifth consecutive season, the Dutchman travels to London as the 4/7 title favourite with Betway.
Wright is 9/2 as he bids to follow up March's UK Open triumph with only his second televised triumph, while Anderson is 5/1 to follow his 2011 and 2015 wins with a third title.
Taylor, meanwhile, is in the unusual position as 11/1 outsider as he aims to finish his final Premier League campaign before retirement with an amazing seventh title.
Van Gerwen is 1/3 to win his semi-final against Anderson, who is 9/4 to avenge Thursday's defeat to his great rival in Aberdeen.
Wright, meanwhile, is an 8/15 chance as he bids to see off Taylor, who is 6/4 to reach the final.
