Allenstein knocked out former World Youth Champion Max Hopp 6-4 in his decider as he progressed to play Chris Dobey on Friday, while 16-year-old Blum now takes on Vincent van der Voort after qualifying for his third European Tour event of the year.
Manfred Bilderl will make his European Tour debut after he defeated Nico Kurz in a deciding leg to qualify, and he takes on Jonny Clayton on Friday.
Defeat for Hopp ended his hopes of qualifying for the Unibet European Championship, with the top 32 from the final European Tour Order of Merit following this weekend's event progressing to compete in Hasselt from October 26-29.
