THE PDC European Tour returns this weekend as 48 players head to Dusseldorf for the 2015 European Darts Open at the Maritim Hotel.

JAMES Wade sealed his second Players Championship title of 2015 as he beat Kim Huybrechts to win the 13th event of the year in Wigan on Saturday.

KEVIN PAINTER, Stephen Bunting, Alan Norris, Wes Newton, Gerwyn Price, Darren Johnson, Adam Hunt and David Pallett all enjoyed double success in winning through the UK Qualifier for events in Muelheim and Innsbruck in September.

THE Players Championship double-header in Wigan this weekend will be the final two tournaments to be held before the field for the BetVictor World Matchplay is finalised.

FOLLOWING the success of the PDC's inaugural Fans' Forum in Glasgow in March, darts fans will get the opportunity to quiz their heroes ahead of the BetVictor World Matchplay at a special event on Friday July 17th in Blackpool.
