Lourence Ilagan secured his return to Alexandra Palace by winning the William Hill World Darts Championship Philippines Qualifier last weekend, and will team up with Paolo Nebrida at the Cazoo World Cup of Darts.

Ilagan will make his sixth World Championship appearance in December, after defeating Nebrida 3-1 in sets in the final of the Philippines Qualifier on Saturday.

The extravagant 43-year-old joins Germany's Martin Schindler as the second International Qualifier for the 2021/22 World Championship.

Ilagan will also represent his country for a fifth time in September's World Cup of Darts, alongside Nebrida who is set to make his debut in a televised PDC event in Jena.

Saturday's Final Stage of qualification saw a field made up of qualifiers from the three Preliminary Tours compete across four groups, with the top two advancing to the knockout stage.
