World Champion Luke Littler claimed a hat-trick of honours in the 2025/26 PDC Annual Awards following a sensational campaign that saw him win six televised ranking titles.

The teenage sensation has dominated the darting world over the last 12 months, defending his World Championship crown and celebrating success at the UK Open, World Matchplay, World Grand Prix, Grand Slam of Darts and Players Championship Finals.

Littler claimed ten or more titles in the calendar year for a second consecutive campaign, before becoming the new world number one after retaining the Grand Slam of Darts title in November.

As a result, the 19-year-old secured three of the seven annual awards on offer, including the coveted PDC Player of the Year award.

Littler's collection of titles in the PDC Annual Awards also saw him crowned Village Hotels Fans’ Player of the Year, after receiving 33% of the vote from the thousands of fans who took part in the online poll.

The Warrington wonderkid was also crowned as Winmau Young Player of the Year - for players aged 23 and under - following his record-breaking exploits in 2025.

Gerwyn Price won the ProTour Player of the Year award, after claiming £169,000 in prize money in European Tour and Players Championship events across the course of the year.

The 2020/21 World Champion won four Players Championship events to finish top of the Players Championship Rankings, and also added to his European Tour collection with victory at the Baltic Sea Darts Open in Kiel.

Gian van Veen was voted as the PDPA Players’ Player of the Year, after the young Dutchman catapulted himself into the world’s top three for the first time in his career.

Van Veen clinched his maiden televised ranking title in October’s European Championship, before retaining the Winmau World Youth Championship in Minehead a month later.

The 23-year-old then defeated the likes of Luke Humphries and Gary Anderson to reach January’s World Championship final, which saw him usurp Michael van Gerwen to become the new Dutch number one.

Justin Hood was the recipient of the Falken Tyres Televised Performance of the Year award, following his sublime straight-sets victory over Josh Rock at the World Darts Championship.

Hood incredibly hit each of his first 11 darts at double to stun the Northern Irishman, eventually averaging 101 to advance to the World Championship quarter-finals on debut.

Elsewhere, the Vanquis Best Newcomer award went to Germany’s Niko Springer, who performed superbly in his first year as a Tour Card Holder.

The 25-year-old featured in a brace of finals on the European Tour, finishing runner-up at the Dutch Darts Championship before winning the Hungarian Darts Trophy in Budapest.
