THE PDC's official charity partner, Parkinson's UK, is helping to raise the profile of the condition through Parkinson's Awareness Week from April 18-24.
Through their partnership with the PDC in 2016, Parkinson's UK are hoping to raise vital funds towards finding a cure for Parkinson's, as well as raising awareness of a condition which affects one person in every 500.
Parkinson's Awareness Week will see a number of initiatives taking place so look out for Parkinson's UK and people with Parkinson's in the media from April 18-24.
The #Parkinsonsin1 social media campaign gives anyone the chance to upload a picture to Twitter , Facebook or Instagram with the hashtag to tell the story being the small things that make a difference to life with Parkinson's.
