DPA Wins For Fagg & Jones

JEREMY FAGG and Glen Jones won the latest two tournaments on the DPA circuit with victories at the Redcliffe Darts Club in Queensland.

The third weekend of Australian Grand Prix tournaments saw Fagg edge out 2010 star Rob Modra 6-5 in the final of Saturday's event, finishing 90 on the bullseye in the deciding leg.

Sunday's decider also went to an 11th leg, as Jones edged out Craig Gwynne to take the $1,000 first prize.

Jones also defeated Fagg in the semi-finals on Sunday to deny Townsville-based Fagg back-to-back wins.

Modra followed up his run to Saturday's final by reaching the semis 24 hours later, where he went down 6-5 to Gwynne.
