Holsten Premier League Darts - Night Ten, Reading

PLEASE NOTE that the final league night of the 2006 Holsten Premier League Darts will begin at 6.30pm on Thursday at Reading's Rivermead Centre.

The event will feature six matches as players compete for the final two places in the top four, with those players progressing to the play-offs in Plymouth on 29 May.

Phil Taylor and Raymond van Barneveld have already secured their places in the semi-finals, and third placed Roland Scholten would be assured of his spot should he take a point from his clash with Taylor.

Peter Manley currently holds fourth place with eight points, and a victory in his game against Ronnie Baxter could be enough to keep that place.

However, Colin Lloyd can finish ahead of him should he defeat van Barneveld and Wayne Mardle to move onto 11 points.

The open nature of the final night means that Baxter and Mardle can also snatch fourth place if they are victorious in their games and other results go their way.
