THE Netherlands are the 11/10 sponsors' favourites to win the bwin World Cup of Darts for a second time in Germany this weekend, with England the 7/4 second favourites.

The 2014 bwin World Cup of Darts sees 32 nations represented from June 6-8 in Hamburg, with £200,000 in prize money on offer alongside the honour of being crowned as the world's best darting country.

2010 champions Netherlands, represented this year by World Champion Michael van Gerwen and new Premier League Darts champion Raymond van Barneveld, are the 11/10 favourites to take the title on Sunday night with tournament sponsors bwin.

Reigning champions England, whose pairing of Phil Taylor and Adrian Lewis have won the last two stagings of the event in Hamburg, are the 7/4 second favourites as they bid to complete a hat-trick of triumphs.

Scotland, who will be represented by Peter Wright - the World Championship finalist and last week's Dubai Masters runner-up - and former UK Open champion Robert Thornton, are the 7/1 third favourites, with 2012 finalists Australia rated at 12/1 as Simon Whitlock and Paul Nicholson seek to claim glory.

2013 finalists Belgium, once again represented by Belgian brothers Kim and Ronny Huybrechts, are 20/1 to claim the title, with 2010 finalists Wales - who have Mark Webster and Richie Burnett again donning their colours - at 33/1.

Austria's Mensur Suljovic and Rowby-John Rodriguez are 66/1, with host nation Germany and Northern Ireland rated 80/1 to take the honours in Hamburg.

Outright tournament betting and match betting are amongst the range of markets being offered on the tournament by sponsors bwin at www.bwin.com.
