Labanauskas & Kantele enjoy PDCNB wins

Darius Labanauskas (Lawrence Lustig, PDC)

Darius Labanauskas and Marko Kantele enjoyed wins on the third double-header weekend of the PDC Nordic & Baltic season.

The PDCNB tour visited Iceland for the latest ranking events, which were accompanied by three European Tour qualifiers.

Lithuania's Labanauskas edged Saturday's Event Five final 6-5 against Madars Razma.

Latvia's Razma hit back from 4-0 and 5-3 down to take the game into a deciding leg, before missing his chance for victory as Labanauskas edged the win.

In Sunday's final, Kantele found himself 3-1 and 4-3 down against Dennis Nilsson before reeling off three successive legs to take the title.

Nilsson, Daniel Larsson and Cor Dekker were the PDCNB Qualifiers for the year's final three European Tour events.

Sweden's Nilsson secured a place in the European Darts Matchplay, defeating Niels Hansen 6-2 in their decider.

Fellow Swede Larsson secured a spot in the International Darts Open with a 6-4 win over Norway's Dekker, who gained revenge to qualify for the Gibraltar Darts Trophy with a 6-5 victory as the pair met once again.
