McDonald's set to score a bullseye on opening night at World Championship

​​​​​​McDonald's UK & Ireland will join the party on the opening night of the 2023/24 Paddy Power World Darts Championship on Friday – treating darts fans to a taste of the McDonald’s Festive Menu!

Taking its iconic H van to the famous Alexandra Palace venue on Friday December 15, McDonald's will be treating darts revellers to its World-Famous Fries and Cheese Melt Dippers from its current Festive Menu.

If that is not enough, those needing a little extra Christmas accessory will have the chance to snag one of 500 limited-edition McDonald's Santa hats!

Over the last couple of years, McDonald's UK has toured the UK & Europe with its fleet of vans, gracing festivals throughout the summer and making appearances at celebrity gatherings.

From Creamfields South and Leeds festival to Stormzy's birthday bash, the van is a familiar sight to McDonald's fans nationwide.

This exciting move continues to solidify McDonald’s position as a key player in sports sponsorship, fostering global connectivity through strategic partnerships.

From the FIFA Men’s & Women’s World Cup to dynamic collaborations with other major sporting events, McDonald's continues to enrich fan experiences.

This activation follows McDonald’s ‘Fancy a McDonald’s?’ Christmas campaign, bringing to life the magic of an invitation to the golden arches in those festive moments we all share, from the staff Christmas party to a trip to the famous World Darts Championship.

This year, McDonald’s also brought the Christmas cheer early with the launch of Festive Wins - which kicked off on November 1 - giving customers 30 days with 30 chances to get their hands on incredible offers and prizes.
